What is Forensic Odontology?

Forensic odontology is a branch of forensic medicne that deals with examination, handling, and presenting dental evidence in a court of law. The forensic odontologist identifies bite marks on victims and compares with teeth of a suspect, identifies bite marks on other surfaces, identifies unknown bodies through dental records and assists in aging skeletal remains.
