A woman would be least fertile after ovulation has already released abd egg and her period has started. Which isn't to say that she couldn't get pregnant at that time, but the chances would be lower than during ovulation. However, always be aware that every woman's cycle is different and she could potential ovulate at any time and there for get pregnant at anytime during her cycle.
