What Foods Contain Sulfa?

About .25% of our body is Sulfur and contains 140 grams. Being one of the four amino acids Sulfur is necessary for the formation of collagen and protein found in the muscle tissue. Sulfur is present in following foods. Any protein rich meats, fish, poultry, milk and eggs.Other foods include onions, garlic, brussel sprouts, and turnip.Lettuce, kale, kelp and raspberries.
