Why Am I Still Hungry After Eating?

Sometimes if you eat to many carbohydrates in one sitting your body will release a large amount of insulin which will then cause a drastic drop in blood sugar that will make you hungry for more food or sweets. Also if you consume to much sodium in a meal you will crave sugar and if you consume to much sugar you will crave salt. Typically meals tend to combine salty and sweet flavors to take advantage of this.
