Vertigo or dizziness usually comes from a disturbance in the inner ear or vestibular nerve in the ear and can be caused by a number of things. In my case I was electrocuted in my head and now have hearing loss and severe vertigo. But it can also come from having an ear infection or a build up of fluid in the ear.
