Shocker has a couple of definitions. It can mean something that is startling or shocking, and thus a "shocker." Or, it can be the sexual definition of the word and mean the hand position where the index, middle, and pinky fingers are extended while the ring finger stays down, and you pleasure both the vagina and the rear at the same time.
