To measure an angle you will need a tool called a protractor. On the protractor, you line the crossbar up with the vertex (the point where the two rays of the angle meet). Now follow the lines to the measurements on the protractor. One line should land on 0 and whatever the other line lands on is its measurement. So if the line lands on 60, it is a 60 degree angle.
