In order to create animation of your own pictures or graphics, you will need software such as Gif Animator or Animation Shop. You would create the number of frames you need, then make subtle changes to each frame. When satisfied, you would instruct the software to process the animation, which would result in your frames being compiled into a single animated .gif file.
